PAYMENT TERMS:

$3995pp: Deposit $575 + 11 payments of $300/mo starting May 1, 2018. Final Payment of $120 due: 4/1/2019. Following your deposit, you will be invoiced for balance payment, or contact Adventours by Ava for flexible payment options.  DEPOSITS NON-REFUNDABLE. Additional Payments may be refundable/transferable as follows: More than 181 days pretravel - 100%, minus deposit. 180 - 121 days pre-travel, 50%, minus deposit, 120 days or less, non-refundable.

DON'T FORGET:

While no vaccinations are REQUIRED for this trip, some are recommended. Check with your physician to determine what's best for you. To avoid disappointment at various borders, it may be wise to travel with a copy of your immunization record.

OUR TIPS:

Use a credit card for most of your out of country purchases, but be sure to have some cash on hand to bargain for great deals on quality Indonesian merchandise.  Ensure your passport is valid at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, and  bring a hardcopy xerox of the declarations page which you should keep in a separate location from your passport.  You may also consider uploading a digital copy to a location where it can be easily accessed while traveling.
